In encrypted databases using AES-256. Data moving between your systems and Chop uses TLS 1.3. We run on leading cloud infrastructure with automatic backups and disaster recovery.
Only authorised users in your organisation. Our team follows least-privilege access, so no employee has access they do not need. Any support access requires your explicit permission and is logged.
You stay in control. Disconnect any source system from your settings at any time. When you close your account, all your financial data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Never. We do not sell, rent or share your financial data. We do not use it for advertising, share it with partners or use it to train AI models.
We maintain a full incident response plan. If an incident occurs, affected customers are notified within 72 hours with a clear account of what happened, what data was affected and what we are doing about it.
