Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may not do when using the Chop website, platform and services. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
01You must not
- Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
- Upload falsified documents or use our services to falsify financial records, evade tax or launder money.
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you are not authorised to share.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Reverse engineer, copy or scrape the platform, except as permitted by law.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business.
- Share your account with people outside your organisation.
02Collections and messaging
If you use Chop to send payment reminders, you must have a lawful basis to contact the recipient, keep messages accurate and respectful, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to. Harassing, threatening or misleading messages are not allowed. Messages sent through WhatsApp must also follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
03Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or end access, and report activity to the authorities if we believe this policy has been breached.
04Reporting misuse
Report suspected misuse to legal@chopfinance.ai.
