Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes data collected through our website, Google sign-in, WhatsApp, and Facebook or Instagram lead forms.
01How to request deletion
Email info@chopfinance.ai with the subject "Data deletion request". Please include:
- Your full name.
- The email address and phone number linked to your account or enquiry.
- Your company name, if applicable.
- If you contacted us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, the email address or phone number you submitted in that form.
02What happens next
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and may ask you to verify your identity. We delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.
03What we may keep
We may keep records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices and tax records, for the period required by law. These are deleted when that period ends.
04Removing Google access
If you signed in with Google, you can also remove Chop's access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
