Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free Trial Policy

Users are provided with 10 free credits upon registration to explore Chop Finance’s AI services. There is no automatic subscription initiated during the free trial. Users must manually subscribe to a plan after using their free credits. No billing occurs unless a user opts to subscribe after the trial.

Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by the user through their account dashboard within the Chop Finance platform. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, users are advised to cancel their subscription before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

Chop Finance follows a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is made, users are not entitled to any refunds, whether partial or full. However, in rare and exceptional circumstances such as a major service outage or erroneous charges, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Chop Finance.

Grace Period and Pro-Rated Refunds

Chop Finance does not offer any grace period or pro-rated refunds. If a user cancels their subscription mid-cycle, access continues until the end of the billing period, but no refund is issued for unused time.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is granted under special circumstances, the processing time will be subject to Razorpay’s internal refund mechanisms and timelines.
